Who I am and what we do
Our successful family Health & Fitness business has been
established for over 15 years. We have over 1,000 visits a
week, condensed between 3-9pm Monday to Friday and all-day
Saturday and Sunday. We are building a 3,300 Square Foot                                                                                                                                           Health & Fitness Studios, which gives state of the art facilities
and more importantly a second studio. This extension allows us
to offer an extensive range of adult classes between the hours
of 7am - 9pm. Yoga, Zumba, Dance, Personal Trainers, Martial
Arts, Slimming World and Toddler Play Groups are just some of
the activities that are already signed up. This will allow us to
double our customer base and giving us a total of 4,000 visitors
per week. In the main building we then have another 3,500
people who will be visiting our restaurant, Coffee Shop, Ice
Cream Parlour, Hair Salon, Beauty Salon, Photography Studio
and Education Centre! This facility will be open from 7am-9pm
and will bring in considerable business.

Restaurant/Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlour
The 80 cover Restaurant/Cafe and Ice Cream Parlour will be
open from 7am-9pm and catering to the surrounding affluent
area and passing trade. There isn't an ice cream Parlour/
Dessert Shop in Wigan with this level of parking and we will be
drawing in 2,000 people a week of all age groups to visit this
site!

The Eatery is naturally going to be very busy between 3pm-9pm
with our Health & Fitness customers. In addition, from 7am we
will be catering to all passing trade; office workers, college
students and staff and from Lunch time we will be targeting the
retired demographic for Afternoon Teas, classes and Social
events. This is where you guys will clean up as all of these
people will be passing through your shop.

Upstairs -
Designed to draw visitors back time and time again, we have
1,500 people a week visiting the Hair Salon, Beauty Salon,
Photography studio, physio, Sports Massage, Music Tuition &
an Education Centre. The demand has been incredibly high and
we have already rented 7 of the 9 rooms available to small
businesses.

St John Rigby College
Next door is St John Rigby Sixth form College, they have over
1500 students plus just over 100 faculty. Obviously, with no
nearby shops/restaurants in the area, they will be a great
source of custom for our site. Some students are picked up
daily by their parents and during pick ups we have
approximately 90 cars are coming to site to collect them (See
Photo 3-4).
