Having previously had a poor experience with another Estate Agent, we appointed Borron Shaw to sell a terraced property for us recently. From the initial contact to the completion of the sale, which took just over 3 months from putting it on the market to completion, we couldn't fault them. The property was realistically valued initially to put us in a position of a quick sale, and we received an offer on the day it was placed in the market. As a first time buyer, the thought of finding a house, let alone sorting out a mortgage and solicitor was a little daunting to say the least. I contacted Borron Shaw and within six weeks I was in my house.
